Due to the size and nature of our business, Rebellion Drums does not offer refunds. We offer exchanges on our drums only. Customers have seven days from the receipt of their drum to request an exchange. The drum must be in like-new condition. Customers must request an exchange in writing; please send us a message. No exchanges will be considered after the seven day period.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, as well as any shipping costs associated with the exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items must be fully insured.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time, we will determine the specifics of your exchange, and refund any funds necessary to your credit card.
All items are shipped to the customer fully insured. As per USPS policy, if a drum is damaged in shipping it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the USPS to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with any claims that may need to be made. Just send us a message.
